PropHunters Rules

Welcome to Vulcan Network PropHunters. PropHunters plays much like a game of Hide and Seek. Players on the 'Prop Team' turn themselves into various objects throughout the map and are given a 30 second set up time to hide. Afterwards, players on the 'Hunter Team' must find and kill them in the given time period. At the end of each round, teams are swapped.

Please follow the below rules and guidelines, to ensure all players have an enjoyable PropHunters experience!

Server Rules

• Do not advertise other servers.
• Do not harass or bully other players.
  • Doxing (revealing a players real-life identity) a player will result in a permanent ban.
• Do not intentionally annoy people for your own amusement.
• Do not exacerbate negative situations.
• Do not ask for a rank up; be it Respected, Moderator, Admin, etc.
• DDoS threats and/or DDoSing will result in a permanent ban.
• Spam of any form is not allowed (e.g. microphone, text chat).
• The use of cheats or third-party programs to give yourself an unfair advantage will result in a permanent ban.
• Do not ask other players for points.
• Points spent in the PointShop can not be reimbursed by staff.
• Do not abuse commands (e.g. !unstuck) or use exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not exploit the map or leave map boundaries.
• Players must not attempt to impersonate PropHunters staff and/or players in anyway (unless you have permission).
• Prolonged periods of inactivity will result in being kicked.
• Do not use any donator or respected commands while staff are on the server.
• Do not ghost. This means giving away hints, (be it real or fake), and giving away player positions/prop types when dead or in spectator.
• Do not metagame. This means giving away otherwise unknown information through chat, Steam, third-party programs etc.
• Hunters must be able to both see and shoot a prop without the use of explosives.
• You must not switch teams to play as either prop or hunter in consecutive rounds.
• Do not prop surf.
• If you are unsure about a spot being legal, just ask.
• If no staff are online and an individual is breaking the rules, record or screenshot their behaviour and post a ban request on our forums.
